Biography
Dr. Tze-Kaing Yang joined Noah as independent director in May 2015 and is chairman of the Audit Committee. He is currently the Chairman and CEO of Yangtze Associates, a venture capital and private equity fund management company in Taiwan. He also serves as the supervisor of ASUSTeK Computer Inc., a leading Taiwanese motherboards and personal computer products company. In addition, he is the director of RITEK Corp. and non-executive director of Natural Beauty Bio-Technology Limited, a Hong Kong listed company. He is also independent director at ASRock Inc. and DBS Bank (Taiwan) Ltd.
