Biography
Mr. Harry B. Tsai has been our chief operating officer since January 2012 and has been active in the finance industry since 1989. Prior to joining, Mr. Tsai was the Executive Vice President of Yuanta Securities in Taiwan starting in 2008. From 2004 to 2008, he served as the COO of ABN AMRO China. Mr. Tsai holds a Master's of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of Southern California. He also holds an MBA in Finance from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
