Biography
Lew V Robert, 59, is the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Lew joined the Company in 1994. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of each of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company. Mr. Lew is currently a director of a corporation of certified public accountants in Hong Kong. He was an independent nonexecutive director of Sincere Watch (Hong Kong) Limited (stock code: 444) until his resignation in June 2012 and a non-executive director and chairman of the board of Pak Tak International Limited (stock code: 2668) until his resignation in September 2014. Mr. Lew has over 30 years’ experience in corporate assurance advisory, taxation and business consultation.
