Alex Cheng

Biography

 Alex Cheng is director of Global Partnering and Alliance Management for PaizaBio and is the primary client interface in China. She is responsible for new client project management, specifically in the area of biologics, and new business development. Alex joined the company in 2011 as executive assistant to the chairman, Shaofung Huang. In 2015, she was named head of the Continuous Improvement Department, a position she still holds. Alex also is the project team leader and steering committee member of two vital initiatives, the implementation of BAO-Gong®, PaizaBio’s real-time digital and visual quality control monitoring system, the first manufacturing execution system (MES) of its kind in the global pharmaceutical industry; and the Laboratory Information Management Software (LIMS) system. Research Interest

 Alex was a human resources specialist with Tofflon Science and Technology Company. Alex earned a BS in Business Administration California State University – Northridge. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
