Chief Scientist of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences in the fields of monitoring and protection of fishery ecological environment; director of subject committee of fishery ecological environment; chief of laboratory of fishery environment and aquatic products processing in East China Sea Fisheries Research Institute; Chief of Monitoring Center of Fishery Ecological Environment for the East China Sea, Ministry of Agriculture; Standing Vice Chief of Monitoring and Inspection Center of Aquatic Product Quality, Ministry of Agriculture ( Shanghai); and Mentor for student for doctor degree in Ocean University of Shanghai.
