1963 July was born in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province; July 1985 graduated from Nanjing University Physics Department of semiconductor professional, received a bachelor's degree; July 1988 graduated from China University of Science and Technology Department of Physics semiconductor master's degree; March 1995 graduated from the Tohoku University Institute of Materials Science (IMR), a doctorate; In 2000 promoted to professor; In 2003 by the National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation; 2004 hired as the Ministry of Education Yangtze River professor He was a visiting fellow at the Institute of Industrial Technology, University of Tokyo, Japan, a visiting professor at the Advanced Technology Research Center of Tokyo University (RCAST), a visiting professor at the Institute of Electronics and Photonics, Chiba University, Japan's AIT, Visit professor
