Biography
Xu Fugui is the Vice President of PetroChina Company Limited and the general manager of PetroChina Refining & Chemical Company. Mr. Xu is a professor-level senior engineer and holder of a doctorate degree. He has nearly 30 years of working experience in the China’s oil and gas industry. Mr. Xu was appointed as deputy director of Dushanzi Petrochemical Plant and director of Refining Plant of Xinjiang Petroleum Administration Bureau. In July 1999, he was appointed as director of Dushanzi Petrochemical Plant of Xinjiang Petroleum Administration Bureau; in September 2011, he was appointed as general manager of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company; in September 2011, he was appointed as general manager of PetroChina Refining & Chemical Company; in October 2011, he was appointed as Vice President of PetroChina
