Biography
Mr. Roy Yu has served as a Chief Financial Officer since April of 2013. Prior to that, he served as a Chief Financial Officer of Lihua International (Nasdaq:LIWA) from 2007-2012. Earlier, he was Executive Vice President of Fushi Copperweld (Nasdaq:FSIN) from 2006-2007, and before that, Chief Financial Officer of US China Mining Group (OTCBB:SGZH) from 2005-2006. Mr. Yu has Over 8 years experience in senior management roles in US-listed Chinese companies. He received his BA degree in Accounting and Finance from London Southbank University in 2004.
