Biography
Born in Shaanxi Province in 1964. Member of the Communist Party of China. In 1987 graduated from the Beijing Institute of Economics, after the Shandong University received a master's degree in management. In December 2005 to the Ministry of Health, served as deputy director of the Department of Health Law Enforcement Supervision, deputy director of the Health Supervision Bureau, Food Safety Integrated Coordination and Health Supervision Bureau deputy director, the National Health Superintendent (Secretary of the Secretary).
