Biography

 Born in 1975 in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Communist Party members, deputy editor, Bachelor of Medicine, Master of Software Engineering. Graduated from Baotou Medical College in 2002, after the University of Tianjin Software Institute received a master's degree. In 2002, he worked in China Population Publishing House (limited liability company), served as chairman of the trade union, deputy director of the editorial office, director of the editorial business center, director of the public health book publishing branch and director of the food safety book publishing branch. In July 2015, he was the deputy editor-in-chief of People's Health Publishing Co., Ltd. Won the "National Population and Family Planning Commission directly under the organs of outstanding youth", "the first National Health Committee directly under the organs of outstanding youth" and many other awards.
