Xu Wei

Biography

Dr Xu Wei obtained her Bachelor’s degree and Master of Medicine at Capital Medical University, China, majoring in Dermatology. Dr Wei is also a visiting scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, UNC, USA. She underwent training in cosmetology laser medicine in Hong Kong. Dr Xu began her career at the Beijing Friendship Hospital where she gained experience across wide range of dermatological conditions and procedures. She practises small procedures including skin patch test, cryotherapy, skin lesion biopsy and skin lumps removal.  Dr. Xu is active in the community of dermatology. She is vice president of youth committee of Dermatology and Cypridology Chapter of Beijing Medical Association. She has published more than 30 articles and 5 books about skin treatment and is a contributing editor of the Chinese Journal of Clinical physicians of Chinese Medicine Association.
