Biography
Brooks Li has over 10 years of EHS experience in industrial manufacture and operations, in addition to the Chinese EHS regulatory framework and western industrial production and operational good practices. Prior to joining Ramboll Environ, Brooks was a senior EHS consultant at Arcadis China. He performed numerous international merger and acquisition projects comprised of services such as industrial/commercial property evaluation, EHS compliance audits and Phase I and II site investigations. He has performed these services for multinational clients within the pharmaceutical, automotive, foundry and general metal processing industries with ample experiences working in plastic, petrochemical, electrical component and food-processing facilities. Prior to his work with Arcadis China, Brooks worked for Chongqing PORTON Corporation as their lead EHS manager.
