Biography
Chu Guo is a Senior Manager with over 16 years of experiences in Phase I and Phase II environmental due diligence audits, site assessments and report reviews, energy opportunity assessments, human health risk-based assessments, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) management and social compliance audits, environmental training, UST inspection and removal, sewer system integrity inspection and civil and environmental engineering. His areas of expertise span from land development to water supply, wastewater treatment, air emission control and waste management. Well-versed in the regulatory framework throughout Asia, Chu has worked extensively in China, Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong and Vietnam for a variety of multinational clients. In addition, he has done substantial work in the United States and Canada.
