Biography
Xiao-Jian Zhou is a Principal and the Managing Director of Ramboll Environ’s Chinese operations. He has 35 years of experience in environmental sciences and engineering, in both the public and private sectors, with particular expertise in Phase I, II and III environmental due diligence and environmental site assessments; environmental, health and safety (EHS) management, regulatory support and compliance auditing; social regulatory support and compliance auditing; EHS permitting assistance; EHS management systems and training; energy auditing; wastewater treatment; job safety analysis; chemical safety and compliance; and process safety assessment. Well-versed in the regulatory framework of the region, Xaio-Jian has worked extensively in China, Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan for numerous multinational clients.
