Biography
Mr. Tommy Kong holds the position as the general manager of cosmetic division in REACH24H Consulting Group. Tommy has served REACH24H Consulting Group since when it was reborn in 2009 and leaded the team of China new chemical notification (China REACH) and SIEF Communication under EU REACH before managing the cosmetic services in REACH24H. Tommy graduated from School of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Peking University) with drug pre-clinical safety evaluation training and academic background, and is the registered toxicologist of Chinese Society of Toxicology.
