Biography
Mr. Liu Sheng Ping is General Manager - Investment & Wind Farm Development, Northwest of Renewable Energy Asia Group Limited since 2012. Mr Liu has more than 22 years of development and planning experience. The extensive experience he accumulated from his career makes him a capable leader and strategic planner in domestic economic growth, especially in the urban development planning and renewable energy development planning sections. Mr Liu obtained a Bachelor of Law from the University of Lanzhou, China, in 1988.
