Biography
Mr. Lien Kait Long is Independent Director of Renewable Energy Asia Group Ltd., with effect from October 4, 2011. He has experience in accounting and finance, corporate management and business investment. Mr. Lien also serves as an Independent Director on the board of several Singapore and Chinese companies listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. Mr. Lien has diverse experience in listed companies which includes manufacturing, telecommunications, offshore and marine, oil and gas service provider stocklistcum- trading textile and food and beverage. He has held a number of senior management positions as well as executive directorships in various public and private corporations in Singapore, Hong Kong and China. He holds a Degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Nanyang University, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore since July 2004 and of CPA Australia since May 2004.
