Biography
　　Dr. Guizhen He is Associate Professor of Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, CAS. Her research focuses on environmental risk management, environmental law, energy governance, and policy analysis in China. She has published more than 40 papers and books in the above fields in international and domestic peer reviewed journals. She has attended in about ten international and domestic projects. In 2013, she won the Young Scientist Award of international SCOPE-ZHONGYU, an award for worldwide outstanding researchers in the field of environmental management, environmental science, and environmental technology hold by the international Scientific Committee on Problems of the Environment.
