Biography
  Dr. Li received his Ph.D. in Soil & Water Science in 1998 from China Agricultural University. He was awarded by the Outstanding Oversea Talent Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008. Since 2008, he has been appointed as a research professor of watershed ecology in Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has been a certified ecologist of Ecological Society of America since 2007. His recent research interests focus on watershed-stream water quality modeling, non-point source nutrient pollution and its controlling technology, TMDL development methodology in strongly disturbed region, and assessment of watershed ecosystem service. Since 2003, he served as a board member of specialist group Diffuse Pollution and Eutrophication, International Water Association.
