Mr. William CHENG Chuk Man, aged 57, is Group Chief Financial Officer of The Bank of East Asia, Limited. He is currently a Director of The Hong Kong Settlers Housing Corporation Limited. He was previously a member of the Board of Review (Inland Revenue Ordinance) during the period from 1998 to 2007
