Biography

Aged 60. Dr LOOK is the Chief Financial Officer and executive director of the Company, and a director of certain subsidiaries of the Group. Dr LOOK has over 35 years of experience in local and overseas financial and general management. Prior to joining Sa Sa in March 2002, he was the Chief Financial Officer and an executive director of Tom.com Limited (renamed TOM Group Ltd.). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and received a degree of Doctor of the University honoris causa from the University of Birmingham, England. Dr LOOK is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”). Dr Look is a member of the Executive Committee and the Chairman of the Membership and Fundraising Sub-committee of the Hong Kong
