Biography
Dai Jingxing Guest professor of ZJU in Earth Science, Expert in Petroleum Geology and Geochemistry, Leader of Petroleum Geology of China, Respected as the father of natural gas in China, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Science He presented the theory that coal series is the better industrial hydrocarbon source rocks. Pro.Dai developed the study of exploitation of coal-formed gases and proposed the model of coal-derived hydrocarbon, models of gas reservoir and methods on identification of natural gas reservoir.
