Biography
President and CEO, and member of the Board of Directors, joined Schrödinger in 2002. Dr. Farid also serves on the Boards of Nimbus Therapeutics, a biotech company he helped found with Atlas Ventures, and Morphic Therapeutic, another biotech company co-founded by Schrödinger. Prior to joining Schrödinger, Dr. Farid was an Assistant Professor in the Chemistry Department at Rutgers University. He was an NIH Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics at the University of Pennsylvania and received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Caltech.
