Biography
Dr. Chan is Senior Advisor at Cornerstone Intellectual Property Foundation in Taiwan, and President of GloboAsia LLC in USA. He is also adjunct professor of National Chengchi University and National Yang Ming University, visiting professor of National Taiwan University, and adjunct research fellow of Beijing University. Dr. Chan is a well-known pharmaceutical scientist and business entrepreneur, has a wide range of business, managerial, regulatory and scientific experience. His experience is in new drug development including pre-clinical animal studies, bioanalytical method development, all phases of clinical studies and regulatory submission. His latest accomplishment is leading an Asian pharmaceutical company to complete a new drug development program from start to worldwide market approval. The new drug is now approved and launched in Japan, US, Taiwan and more approvals are expecting.
