Biography

Born in January 1962 Doctor, professor, doctoral tutor. He was elected as the head of the College of Life Sciences, Shandong Agricultural University. In 2004, he was selected as the national talent of the "New Century Talent Project". In 2007, he was selected as the leader of the "Innovation Team of Changjiang Scholars" in 2008, and he was elected in Shandong Province. Young and middle-aged experts, "Journal of Botany", "Journal of Agricultural Biotechnology" editorial board. 1982 graduated from the Shandong Agricultural University to teach so far, has been Shandong Agricultural University Master of Agriculture and China Agricultural University doctorate degree. From February to June 1989, he went to Copenhagen, Denmark to study seed technology. From January 1992 to January 1996, he went to the Department of Plant Biology at the University of California at Davis to study abroad. He was mainly engaged in plant molecular biology. In 2001, he was a senior visiting scholar selected by the Ministry of Education to study at the University of North Carolina in the United States. He was mainly engaged in the study of transgenic expression regulation. In recent years, presided over the national "863", the national "973", the national transgenic plant research and the National Natural Science Foundation and many other issues, in the important functional genes, specific promoter cloning and functional identification, etc. have access to many Independent intellectual property rights of the research results, apply for three patents. In the "Neuclear Acids Research", "Plant Physiology", "New Phytologist" and "Chinese Science" and other famous domestic and foreign academic journals published more than 70 papers.
