Biography

Zhang Huaxiang, male, born in September 1966, Shandong Wenshang, member of the Communist Party of China, Dean of the School of Information Science and Engineering, professor, doctoral tutor. Shandong Province has made outstanding contributions to the title of young and middle-aged experts, professional and technical talents in Jinan City title, selected high-end talent in Shandong Province think tank. Undergraduate study at Shandong University, graduate students studying at the China Ocean University, Dr. studied at the Shanghai Jiaotong University.
