Biography
Zhi-De Hu received his Bachelor’s Degree in laboratory medicine from the Third Military Medical University in 2005, and has been working as a laboratory clinician in Department of Laboratory Medicine of General Hospital of Ji’nan Military Command Region from then on. In 2008, Hu was enrolled in the Second Military Medical University as a postgraduate research trainee and received his Master’s Degree in laboratory medicine in 2011. After returning to General Hospital of Ji’nan Military Command Region for two years, Hu was re-enrolled in the Second Military Medical University and received the Doctor’s Degree in laboratory medicine in 2016. With broad research interests in laboratory medicine and clinical chemistry, Hu has published his works in many international journals in laboratory medicine, including Clin Biochem, Clin Chem Lab Med, Clin Chim Acta and Ann Clin Biochem. As a principal investigator, Hu’s research activities have been fully funded by NSFC since 2014.
