Biography
Lu Hongyan, female, Han nationality, born in November 1971, professor. He received his bachelor's degree in economics from China Coal Economics Institute in 1994 and a master's degree in business administration from Beijing Jiaotong University in 2004. He is currently Professor of Financial Management Department of Accounting College of Shandong Institute of Business and Technology. The main research direction: enterprise group investment and financing management, internal capital market operation, corporate governance, performance evaluation.
