Mr. Zhou De Jun is the Deputy General Manager - Blood Transfusion Division of Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited. Mr. Zhou obtained a diploma of economics and management from the Communist Party Colleague of Shandong province. Mr. Zhou joined the Company in November 1992 and has been the deputy manager and deputy general manager of the subsidiaries of the Company.
