Born in 1957, Master of Economics and Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc), Senior Economist. He is the Managing Director of Fangyuan Capital (Asia) Co., Ltd. He has served as Vice Chairman of the Company since July 2014, Member of the Strategy Committee of the 7th Board of Directors, Member of Remuneration and Appraisal Committee. Former Vice President of Shanghai Industrial Group, Executive Director, Executive Director of Shanghai Industrial Holdings Co., Ltd., Executive Director and Chairman of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group, Executive Director and Chairman of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and served as the China Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry Association Vice president, vice president of China Pharmaceutical Enterprise Management Association, vice president of Shanghai Industrial Economics Association.
