Biography
Prof. Li Liangzhi, member of Communist Party of China, was born in 1964 in Huarong County, Hunan Province. As a doctoral supervisor, he is now the assistant president of JUFE, dean of Graduate School as well as the academic leader of young and middle-aged in Jiangxi Province. Professional Experience: After graduating from industrial economy management of Hunan College of Finance and Economics in 1985, Li Liangzhi furthered his study in industrial economics and got a master’s degree in Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in 1987. In 2003, he finished his study in industrial economics and obtained his doctoral degree in economics in Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. Ever since 1987, Li Liangzhi has been working in JUFE as deputy director of Graduate Department, director of Graduate Department, dean of School of Business Administration and dean of Graduate School. In May, 2013, he was appointed as assistant to the president of JUFE and dean of Graduate School.
Research Interest
His main research fields: Enterprise Incentive Theory and Industrial Organization Theory. He has been paying attention to the incentive problems of top managers in China enterprises for a long time and has published nearly 40 academic papers in some key journals and 8 pieces of books and textbooks. Besides, Professor Li has completed many research projects at and above provincial level and some of them has won awards.
