EDUCATION BACKGROUND Ph.D. in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics, Jan 2014. HONORS AND GRANTS The Hongqiao Commercial Zone Research Program won the 18th Excellent Research Award Granted by Zhongzhen Research Fund, Shanghai University of Finance & Economics. EXPERIENCE Former tax manager of Deloitte Touche Thomatsu CPA Firm; Member of CICPA; With more than 10 years of professional experiences in tax, accounting and business advisory services. Courses Taught：International Taxation, Foreign Tax Regimes, English for Tax Profession.
Research Interest
Tax Policies in Free Trade Areas, Earmarked Taxes, Value Added Tax, Theories and Systems in Connection with Tax Certainty.
