Biography
YU Hongxiu (1976-) associate professor, Ph.D. of Fudan University. Dr. Yu presently serves as the deputy director of Medical Systems Biology Department. Yu’s research focuses on disease proteomics and posttranslational modification functions. Representative achievements: identification the key proteins in metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma and clarify the function of glycosylation to key proteins in metastasis such as KAI1, AGR and HDGF. She has been funded by 1 project of NCFC ,2 “973”in the total amount of RMB 3 million, and published 22 articles in international peer-reviewed journals including Carcinogenesis ,Circulation Research et al in the past three years, obtained 2 patents.
