Research Interest
We are mainly interested in the material systems with nontrivial band topology and/or enhanced electron-electron correlations. By developing advanced quantum many-body methods and performing large-scale numerical simulations, we try to understand their electronic and magnetic properties demonstrated in the ground state as well as the low-energy excited states. The many-body methods at hand include: dynamical mean-field theory (DMFT), cluster DMFT, dynamical cluster approximation, dual-fermion approach, non-local expansion and parquet equations etc.
