Biography
Dr. Jin Dai received her PhD and master’s degree in Management (2013), and B.A. in Economics (2007) from the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University. She won the Emerald/IACMR Chinese Management Research Fund Award in 2009 and a German Chancellor Fellowship of 2008-2009 from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.
Research Interest
Interests on leadership, organizational behaviors, and business ethics. Current work focusing on creativity and innovation research from the organizational-behavior perspective.
