Biography
2004 to 2009, PhD, Department of Applied Chemistry, East China University of Science and Technology, Advisor: Professor He Tian. 2009 to 2011, Postdoctoral Scholar, Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. 2011 to 2014, Postdoctoral Scholar, department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Toronto, Advisor: Professor Edward H. Sargent.Since December 2014, Assistant Professor (Tenure-track)ã€PI, School of Physical Science and Technology, ShanghaiTech University.
Research Interest
We aim to apply synthetic strategy to create novel optoelectronic materials including nanocrystals, perovskite, and organic molecules for applications like solar cells, photocatalysis, luminescence, display, and photodetectors. We are particularly interested in leveraging chemistry method to address interface and surface problems that generally exist for nanomaterials, and realizing low cost and high performance optoelectronic devices
