Biography
Ebubechukwu Ilo-Okeke is a lecturer at Federal University of Technology, Owerri, and on a research exchange fellowship at NYU Shanghai. Also, he had been a postdoctoral fellow at the National Institute of Informatics, Tokyo and holds a PhD in Physics from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Worcester, MA (USA).
Research Interest
