Biography
Laetitia Placido is a Visiting Associate Professor of Economics at NYU Shanghai. She is an Assistant Professor of Economics in the Zicklin school of business at Baruch College (City University of New York). She holds a Ph.D. in management from HEC Paris School of Management (2010). Her research focuses on the decision making under uncertainty and on the formation of preferences, using the methods of experimental economics. Until 2014, she was a tenured researcher at CNRS, a French institution exclusively devoted to research.
