Biography
Alex Noel Joseph Raj is working as a professor in Mechatronics Engineering of Shantou University. Specialised in Computer Vision, with Industrial and Teaching experience in Signal and Image Processing, Real Time FPGA designs, Machine Vision Systems, SONAR systems, Embedded Systems and Algorithm Implementations on Matlab and Simulink.
