Biography
Dr Hao Cai is Professor of Real-Time Systems in the Department of Computer Science, Shantou University, China. His research interests are focused on the areas of high integrity and real-time systems. He has more than 10 years working experiences of research and technical development in these areas. Currently he teaches Software Engineering related courses at Shantou University.

• The hardware and system software development of fault tolerant computers • Engineering approaches for high integrity real-time systems • Low-power mobile and embedded computing systems • Hardware and software architectures for high integrity real-time systems • Multi-core computers for high integrity real-time systems • Dependable and distributed computing systems
