Biography
CAI Wei-hong is the head of Shantou University Institute for Modern Network Technology and Information Security Studies, representative of the 10th Member Congress of China Computer Federation, director-general of Shantou Computer Society, vice-chairman of Shantou City Association of Youth Science and Technology Workers, member of experts consultant group of Shantou Information Work Leading Group, expert of Shantou Secrets Committee, and person selected for Guangdong province colleges and universities “Thousand Hundred Ten Talent Project”. Professor CAI Wei-hong has long been engaged in research and teaching work such as networks and communications, information security etc., and has published more than 30 papers at home and abroad authoritative academic journals and international conference, and many of them are collected by SCI and EI.

Main research direction includes network and communication technologies, information security and network management, computer application system and so on.
