Mr. Chai Xuezhou has been serving as Deputy General Manager in Shanxi Lu'an Environmental Energy Development Co., Ltd. since June 29, 2007. He used to serve as Deputy Head of Production Technology Monitoring Office in the Company, as well as Head of Geology Department and Deputy Chief Engineer in its parent company.
