Biography

Professor Zhu Fengjuan, born in January 1971 in Shaoxing. From September 1990 to July 1994, he studied at the Department of Political Economy of Hangzhou Normal University with a bachelor's degree in law. From September 2001 to March 2004, he received a master's degree in law from Zhejiang University School of Law. December 2011, studying at the Zhejiang University of ideological and political theory of education and research, received a doctorate in law.
