Chengkai ,associate professor ,master of law ,tutor for master of law in the field of criminal law Main research field :Chinese Criminal Law ,Code of Criminal Procedure in China Mian teching fields:Ciminal Law Profile Studying in Southwest Politics and Law school from 1984 to 1988 and got the bachelor’s degree there. Working on the trial process in YaAn Intermediate People’s Court from 1988 to 1992 Studying in SCU law school for the master’s degree of criminal law from 1992 to 1995. Staying in school to teach after graduation in 1995. Academic achievements He has published more than 20 essays on criminal law and criminal procedual law in many Chinese core journals like Politics and Law Forum ,the Study on Social Science ,HeBei University Journal,and most of them has been reprinted,
