He Changzheng

Biography

He Changzheng, from Sichuan Province, is a master graduated from Southwest Normal University. He is member of China Operational Research Society, associate Director of Enterprise Operational Research Branch of China Operational Research Society, and also the member of Sichuan Quantities and Economy Society. He once published more than 30 papers in academic journals home and abroad, among which 2 papers were retrieved by SCI and SSCI, 7 retrieved by EI. He also published 2 monographs. Meanwhile, he hosted 2 programs of National Natural Science Fund and National Social Science Fund. He was awarded the silver award of “Operational Research Progress” by International Operational Research Alliance, and 2 second-level prizes of “Sichuan Technology Progress”. The awarded project “Self-organization Data Mining and Economic Planning” presented the new economic planning method with specific characteristics of China, which was applied in “Sichuan Competitive Industry Integration and Planning” and made the political planning more scientific. His research result was considered as the “Chinese GMDH” by academician A．G．Ivakhnenko, who was from NASU and pointed out the GMDH method at the first time.
