Biography
Li Guangjin, from Sichuan Province, is a doctor graduated from South China University of Technology. He is the academic consultant of “Entrepreneur Information”, the academic committee member of “Case”. He has published more than 40 academic papers, among which 10 were accepted by EI. He also hosted or finished 2 programs of National Natural Science Fund. His main contributions are: built the stretch and Non-radial DEA method, and exchanged it considering Charnes-Cooper to finished the study on modeling algorithm. He also built fuzzy DEA based on Campos index to adapt to the change of input and output factors among different industries, and explained the effective frontier of planning unit deviation was not only from the ineffectiveness, but was effected by the Inaccurate. He pointed out the profit Malmquist index based on orientation technique distance function, and realized the deviation and planning algorism of parameter. He used the Non-radial orientation technique distance function to remedy the traditional Malmquist index, in order to separate them and estimated the returns of scale
