She obtained Bachelor’s degree majoring in Philosophy in 1986 She obtained Master’s degree majoring in Law in 1992 She obtained Doctor’s degree majoring in Law in 2007 She worked in Party School of Deyang, Sichuan Province from 1986.07 to 1989.09 She worked as Chengdu Intermediate people's court judge from 1992.09 to 1997.12 She began to teach in Sichuan University in 1998 She was promoted to Associate Professor in 2002 She won the title of Young Backbone Teachers of Sichuan University in 2003 She visited Yale Uni. And Columbia Uni. In 2003 She visited Boston Uni. And Northeast Uni. And Martha Court of Massachusetts in 2009
