Lu Yan

Biography

He graduated from Southwest University of Politics as Bachelor of Law. He obtained Master of Law degree majoring in Civil and Commercial Law and began to teach in Southwest University in 1987. He visited and taught in Law School,Univeristy of Virginia as a guest professor,teaching Chinese Intellectual Property Law and Marxist Theory of Law. He began to teach in Sichuan University after retruning to China, teaching Civil Law, Tort Law, Intellectual Property Law,Real Estate Law, Legal English and so on. He visited and studied in Moscow University, Law department from 2001 to 2002.He Has published more than 20 articles on various publications ,for example the Study of Social Science .Modern law. He has published several books ,for example :the Intellectual Property Law of China ,on the Key pPoints of HongKong law,on the Prevention of Dangers and the Attention of Pitfalls in the Process of the Application of Contract Law. Now he is a managing director of Chinese College Intellectual Property Study Orgnizaton,the member of Chinese Legal Orgnization and the Copyright Study Orgnization of China.
