Biography
Professor Lv graduated from Nutrition and Food Hygiene major of West China University of Medical Sciences and has got Ph.D. Currently, she is a teacher at Teaching and Research Section of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, School of Public Health in West China of Sichuan University. She is a reserved academic and technology leader in the Health Department of Sichuan Province. Research Orientation: sports nutrition and health, sports and health promotion, nutrition of special population and food safety. Academic Achievements: She has published over 30 papers on Core journals, nearly 10 textbooks and other books at all levels and is responsible for 5 provincial and ministerial research projects.
