Biography
Mr. Frank Chang is Vice President - Research & Development, Mobile Storage of Silicon Motion Technology Corporation since 2008. Mr. Chang is head of research and development for mobile storage products and has around 20 years of experience in the integrated circuit design industry. He was previously a project manager of firmware development at Holtek Semiconductors. Mr. Chang has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the National Changhua University of Education in Taiwan.
